    Do your inbounds have a list of contacts and an ID card as required by the State Department?  Here is an excel spread sheet that permits putting all the required data on one piece of paper, then printing the data at 70% of full size.  If you use card stock you have an ID card small enough and durable enough for a wallet and meets the  requirements of constant contact with key Rotarians, the requirement for a district hot line and requirement for a State Department ID card.
