SCRYE Annual Conference
First Week End in February in Tulsa, Oklahoma

To: all YEO’s, counselors and anyone interested in youth exchange

The purpose of SCRYE is to provide training and information for our 29 participating districts. The first week-end in February each year, we take all of our inbound exchange students to Tulsa for a fun filled week-end, with a business and training meeting for our adult members. You are all welcome and encouraged to attend this meeting. You will discover a wealth of information about all the facts of youth exchange.. Recruiting, training, finding host families, the job of YEO, counselor and much much more. Please consider this as a exciting opportunity to meet the 175 inbound students in our districts as well as to meet district chairs from many overseas countries. The will be another meeting each year on the last week-end in July. This meeting is in Texas, alternating between Dallas and Houston. It is a good meeting for training, but we don’t have the addition of the fun of having all the kids with us.... so please consider sending a member of your club or coming yourself to learn and enjoy this wonderful meaningful program.
