How was your exchange and how might we improve?
Your feedback is important!

We hope your exchange was everything you hoped it would be, and more. Your feedback is very important for a couple of reasons. First, it will help your Rotary District continue to improve the Rotary Youth Exchange Program for those International Youth Ambassadors that will follow you. Second, it is an opportunity for you to help your Rotary District and Club promote Rotary Youth Exchange and recruit new Exchangees.

During your exchange, we hope you documented those experiences that were most special to you with words and photos. Also, at the end of your exchange is a good time to reflect on the big picture of your exchange and how it affected you as a person, and what it has meant to others. If you can provide this information to your local Rotary Club and Rotary District, it will be a big help for promoting Rotary Youth Exchange to other potential Exchangees. This is in addition to the personal apperances that we encourage you to make at Rotary Club meetings and other events where Rotary Youth Exchange is being promoted.

Also, please take time to fully complete the post exchange evaluation form. Here are the forms for short and long term exchanges, and a form for parents of long-term Exchangees.

If your unable to download the forms, contact your Rotary Club or Rotary Dictrict for hard copies of the forms.

Please send copies of the appropriate completed forms to you local Rotary Club and your Rotary District. You know better than anyone how well the Rotary Youth Exchange program is working. Your input will be very helpful toward improving it.
